Helmeted hornibill

#WJCInvestigations – The Helmeted Hornbill – This image represents five helmeted hornbill casques being advertised for sale. In response to severe poaching of these birds IUCN has changed the status of the Helmeted Hornbill from “Near Threatened” to “Critically Endangered”. There is a high demand for its casque on the black market in Asia.
