Save the Arctic

The fact that our unsustainable consumption patterns are causing climate change is now well established. It is clear that our unbridled exploitation of the planet’s resources is causing irreversible damage. The Arctic is particularly affected, with warming temperatures, increasing between two and four times faster than the rest of the planet, leading to sea levels rising and ice caps melting.
Physical damage to the habitat of  polar bears  is forcing them to roam further, mate with other species -- to the detriment of their survival, as this creates infertile hybrids -- and feed on dolphins and other anomalous food sources, for lack of anything else to eat. - One Green Planet.

"Climate change is real, and it’s happening right now. It is the most urgent threat facing our entire species, and we need to work collectively together and stop procrastinating. We need to support leaders around the world who do not speak for the big polluters or the big corporations, but who speak for all of humanity, for the indigenous people of the world…and for those people out there whose voices have been drowned out by the politics of greed.” - Leonardo DiCaprio.
