Bats

Bats are terrifyng animals, right? After all there's a good reason why they're depicted as blood-sucking monsters in horror films...people wouldn't just make that up. Or would they?
We know that many animals are given bad reputations as a result of our misconceptions about them - and when it comes to bats, we're not sold on the whole 'scary' thing. Bats play an intergral role in our global ecosystem, helping to control pest populations and pollinating many of the foods we eat every day.
What is scary about bats, however, is the fact that their populations are in decline. Many bat species are In danger of extinctions due to habitat loss, culls, and fatal white-nose syndrome.
It's time to stand up for this beautiful, amazing and magnificient creatures, for our friends!
